One of the best way to handles stress is to take time to exercise, relax and get your sleep. Schedule a time in the morning or evening to exercise. Prior to going to sleep at night. Find a quite space to clear your mind. Meditation is a good activity to accomplish this. Remember you have the greatest marketing plan, but a heart attack or stroke doesn't care!
