STEM/Entrepreneurship

In February 2020, the Supporting Veterans in STEM Careers Act was signed, which seeks to promote veteran and military spouse involvement in STEM education, computer science, and scientific research.

The skills required to highly succeed in STEM careers and skills needed to highly succeed in Entrepreneurship are closely related:

Problem solving is a key skill that you master to find solutions to complex problems within the STEM career fields. Ask any successful entrepreneur and the will tell you that solving problems or finding ways to get past barriers is part of the day to day routine of entrepreneurship.

Following and understanding the data is very important skill that is needed to have a success in STEM careers. As a Entrepreneur you must have the skill set and competence that will allow you to read metrics. Just going off your gut feeling or an assumption will only get you so far in your goal of becoming a successful veteran entrepreneur.
